12th SS in the Falaise Gap

Hello everyone,

Below is a link to a preview of Volume II of a history of the 12th SS Hitler Youth Division. Pages 87 to 120 of the preview tell the German side of their breakout through the Falaise Gap. There are lots of quotations from German reports written during or shortly after the battle, and they give a sense of the desperation of the soldiers.
